Lions urged to devour Congo in Yaounde

The head coach of the intermediate Lions Martin Ndtoungou Mpile has called on his players to brim with confidence ahead of Sunday's first 2016 African Nations Championship, CHAN, qualifier against Congo in Yaounde.

Mpile who recently took over from Francois Heya as head coach has spent the past week in camp at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium where he has been preparing the boys.

''You all have the capacity to qualify, you just need to be courageous be play your game,'' the coach told his charges after their final practice session on Saturday morning at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium.

On the other hand, the Congolese are expected in Cameroon 24 hours to the game while the match officials from Rwanda and Uganda are already in the country.
