The Indomitable Lionesses who have been training over a week in Zambia ran out 6-1 winners over local side Buffalo women.
A brace from Akaba Michelle as well as goals from Feudjio Raissa, Nkada Agnes, Meyong Menene, Nchout Njoya Ajara.
The Lionesses returned to training on Tuesday morning and are expected to travel to Zimbabwe at the weekend ahead of Sunday's crucial return leg qualifier for 2016 Olympics.
The Lionesses edged their Zimbabwean counterparts 2-1 in the first leg.
