Clinton Njie makes Premier League debut

Clinton Njie made his first Premier League appearance for Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday in their one nil victory over Crystal Palace at White Hart Lane.

The 21-year old was a second half substitute for goal scorer Heung Min Son as he had the last quarter of the game to taste Premier League football.

Njie had been on the sidelines with a minor injury since joining Tottenham from Lyon in August.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Sebasstian Bassong bagged his sixth start for Norwich as they held Liverpool to a 1-1 draw at Anfield on Sunday.

Allan Nyom equally enjoyed his sixth start on Saturday for Watford as they bagged their second victory of the season with a 2-1 win away at Newcastle United.
